Please bear in mind that when a web entry has been taken by BE, BE make it
available for download by the entries secretary. The entries secretary downloads the entries
and processes them. The listings on www.beahorse.org/ (this site) are generated
by the entries secretary and are only uploaded to this site from time to time
after further validation.
The lists here are therefore not automatically and immediately connected to the
BE database. So there will always be
some time delay, perhaps of days, before you will see your entry listed, and
its non-appearance does not mean your entry has not been accepted (subject to
ballot or wait listing).
Generally the entries secretary will send you an e-mail with your section and
number, or saying that you have been balloted out, or wait-listed.
The pages you will be calling up are best viewed with your fixed font set at
10 or 12 pitch.

If you find that a page looks the same as when you last looked at it, but it
should have been updated by now (eg it should now
include times), then you may need to refresh your cache: in either browser, go
to View | Refresh or View | Reload .
There can be an issue for AOL users, in that if you have been looking at a page
then AOL may not update their own cache for some time after the page is updated
with the times. Im afraid I have no
immediate solution for you.
